Reward VS Paycheck

Advances in neurosience have taught us to move on from token boards. It’s a controlling, inauthentic intervention that teaches a child to ignore their body so they can get their reward.

Some professionals like that control, so they will defend the use of them. They’ll argue that “working for” tokens is the same as working for a paycheck. It’s a terrible argument. This graphic only scratches the surface about why its a false equivalence.
